Structured copper is the quiet backbone of most commercial floors: desks, APs, printers and cabinets all hang off the same plant. We build that plant so IT can patch without guessing port legends and facilities can add a desk later without opening a war with the ceiling void.

    Drawings or walkthrough — we lock outlet numbers, cabinet positions and live-area constraints.

    Labour and copper called out separately so extras cannot hide inside a lump sum.

  3. Pull and terminate

    First and second fix with supervisor cover; night shifts when the floor is occupied.

  4. Prove the links

    Dress, label, certify if specified, then close snags against the agreed schedule.

Your specification or IT standard decides. We install Cat5e, Cat6 or Cat6A exactly as scoped — we do not upsell category without a written change.

Will you work while the office is occupied?

Yes. We plan quiet hours, loading and security with the site. Many copper upgrades run evenings and weekends.

What if the drawing count is wrong?

We re-confirm on survey. The quote follows the locked schedule; genuine extras are written before they are pulled.

Is a survey charged?

No. Where a visit is needed to lock counts and routes, the survey is free and we respond within one working day.
